The Food and Beverage Manager is a key role at Round1, responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations. This includes managing staff, forecasting sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Forecast Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and forecast revenue to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including prompt and friendly service, and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor Finances: Monitor and manage finances, including budgets, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree: A minimum of an associate's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
