About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food and beverage operations meet the highest standards of quality and service. This includes managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all food and beverage products are handled and served in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff to ensure that food and beverage operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the kitchen, dining areas, and storage facilities
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are handled and served in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Point of Sales knowledge
  • Experience with inventory management and control
  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
