Position: Food & Beverage Operations ManagerThe Food & Beverage Operations Manager is essential in supervising all aspects of F&B services to guarantee an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, staff, and financial operations to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and foster employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B services while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure food preparation, portion control, and presentation meet high standards.
- Manage the logistics of food and beverage deliveries, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Monitor departmental budgets, analyze financial transactions, and enforce expenditure controls.
- Address and resolve customer feedback regarding food quality and service efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain exemplary levels of customer service and effective communication.
- Uphold health and safety standards.
- Conduct inventory management and prepare regular reports.
- Provide training, mentorship, and disciplinary measures for team members.
- Facilitate regular meetings with supervisors to discuss operational challenges.
- Engage actively with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess an Associate's degree, 2-3 years of management experience in a retail environment, and a genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment sector. A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. Preference will be given to those with flexible availability, particularly during evenings and weekends. Candidates responsible for alcohol service must be at least 21 years old.
Work Environment:
Employees will primarily operate in a lively bowling center and arcade setting characterized by high activity and noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires bending, stretching, climbing, and prolonged periods of standing and walking. Candidates must demonstrate manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 100lbs, and mobility in confined spaces.
