Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee our dynamic operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure that all aspects of the account are managed effectively while adhering to budgetary guidelines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide team members in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the ongoing training and development of staff, providing mentorship and support to enhance their skills.
  • Maintain food cost efficiency while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and proper food storage practices.
  • Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in food service management, including restaurant, hotel, or corporate dining environments.
  • Strong supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching abilities.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
