Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Jordan Sitter Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our customer base across the region through strategic sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain and grow existing customer relationships, and understand the fleet demands and requirements of the customer base.
  • Manage assigned territory with support from the region and central operations team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Secure commitments from existing and potential customers through regular visits, cold calls, and networking activities.
  • Drive profitable growth by strengthening and expanding the customer base through regular visits, customer presentations, and forecasting equipment needs.
  • Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan, including strategies for account management, customer presentations, and collections with the operational team.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of successful sales experience within heavy dirt equipment rental or dealer organization.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Possess a reoccurring transferrable book of business.
  • Experience working with web-based CRM software.
  • Heavy Earthmoving Rental Experience Preferred.
  • Strong sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to cultivate and nurture customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
