Job Title: Revenue Cycle Solutions Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Cycle Solutions Executive to join our team at VisiQuate, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the healthcare analytics market.

VisiQuate, Inc. is a pioneering company that specializes in optimizing Revenue Cycle Management for healthcare providers. We offer advanced analytics and AI-powered workflow automation solutions designed to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

  • You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets, leveraging your expertise in complex Revenue Cycle solutions.
  • You will identify, qualify, and close deals with large health systems, targeting VP-level and C-suite executives.
  • You will utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • You should have 5-10 years of experience selling complex Revenue Cycle solutions and/or technology, with a proven track record of success with profit, non-profit, and academic healthcare providers.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and a coachable mindset.
  • You should be able to navigate very complex sales cycles and implementations.
