Oracle OCI AI Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Our rapidly expanding organization is seeking a proactive and flexible individual to assist our executive leadership team.
As a strategic partner, consultant, and executor, the ideal candidate will facilitate efficient operations within the organization, aligning with the directives of senior leadership.
This role is pivotal in overseeing strategic business projects from conception to successful implementation, guided by executive oversight.
The successful candidate will engage with executives in decision-making processes, program management, and the execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Business Rhythm and Strategic Roadmap: Drive all business management functions to ensure the team's operational effectiveness.
- Develop Communication Strategies: Create an engagement plan for team communications, including all-hands meetings, AMA sessions, and town halls.
- Act as Liaison: Serve as a bridge between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding organizational climate, employee welfare, project updates, and planning.
- Support Leadership Planning: Assist the leadership team in the planning and execution of the organizational roadmap and charters.
- Promote a Supportive Environment: Foster a culture that encourages rapid learning and organizational success.
Drive Operational and HR Excellence:
- Collaborate closely with the human resources department and leadership to identify priorities and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Assist HR with onboarding new hires and address employee concerns collaboratively.
- Build relationships across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness.
- Manage Headcount and Budget: Oversee the overall budget, including headcount planning and resource allocation.
Lead Executive Initiatives and Communications:
- Own critical executive programs and initiatives, including operational improvements and diversity initiatives.
- Initiate new programs by establishing frameworks and launching initiatives to set teams up for success.
- Manage communications for executive sponsorships, events, and public relations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing inquiries and developing action plans.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business, product, or operational planning.
- Proven conflict resolution skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think both structurally and creatively.
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams; direct management experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and conduct data analysis.
- Experience in budget management and resource planning.
- A nimble business mindset focused on developing innovative solutions.
- Strong project reporting skills with an emphasis on interdepartmental communication.
