  • Ensure that all produce is properly stored, displayed, and rotated to maintain freshness and quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the produce department
  • Train and develop produce specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a produce or grocery store environment, with a focus on operations and customer service
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and manage inventory
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
