Position Summary:
The Operations Manager Trainee will play a crucial role in overseeing daily business functions to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a significant impact within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various business operations, including retail, fuel, dining, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Drive product and service sales through effective inventory management and merchandising strategies.
  • Assist the General Manager in executing tasks, maintaining cash integrity, and completing necessary reporting.
  • Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management on talent acquisition and team development.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of managing operations with significant annual sales volume.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train a team effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Skills Required:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Physical Requirements:
