Job Overview

Facility Administrator:
The Facility Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operational management of a healthcare facility, ensuring effective leadership of a team exceeding 30 staff members. This role encompasses business operations, project oversight, and human resource management.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree such as a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Health Care, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or clinic, at a minimum level of Associate Facility Administrator or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional supervisory skills with a proven track record in managing a significant number of personnel.
  • Maintain and oversee standards related to facility space, furnishings, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with established organizational standards regarding space utilization and budget management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with medical database software is advantageous.

This position is affiliated with DAK Resources. While military experience is not mandatory, it is preferred. Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process, with a starting salary set at $110,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies for efficient facility administration.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide insights on maintenance, repairs, and procurement that enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Assist department heads in formulating and applying departmental policies, fostering a culture of teamwork.
  • Conduct regular reviews of facility policies to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Communicate facility policies to employees, residents, and relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform routine inspections to verify adherence to established protocols, including visits during off-hours.
  • Manage contracts and insurance documentation effectively.
  • Coordinate and oversee all facility rearrangement projects.
  • Ensure timely provision of building services.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
