Position Summary:
The Technical Operations Manager at Exacta Systems LLC is tasked with overseeing a range of technical operational functions, ensuring accountability throughout the entire process within our market. This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, providing on-site training, supporting customer initiatives, conducting quality assurance testing, maintaining systems and associated peripherals, documenting plans and solutions, and leading a team of Technical Support Specialists while escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of new game terminal installations and updates at customer locations, ensuring adherence to installation deadlines.
- Collaborate with the State Director and Director of Field Services to address hiring, recruitment, and training needs for the technical team.
- Supervise teams responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of terminals and major components, including scheduling tasks effectively.
- Engage with customers and operational teams to ensure all software and hardware are tested, compliant, and operational prior to launch.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Oversee the helpdesk portal and escalate issues to appropriate channels as needed.
- Continuously develop and apply leadership skills.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a gaming operations environment.
- Familiarity with gaming operations, hardware, systems, and basic electronics is advantageous.
- Proven technical skills in gaming machine repair, basic computer networking, and software management.
- Excellent written, documentation, and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively and take initiative when necessary.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a fast-paced environment that requires mobility across various geographic locations. Candidates must be licensed by the appropriate gaming authorities in the region and must be at least eighteen (18) years old, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some travel may be necessary as workloads dictate.
