This pivotal role focuses on driving business expansion, nurturing client partnerships, and steering a sales team within the real-world evidence (RWE) domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue objectives.
  • Identify and engage new business prospects by connecting with essential stakeholders.
  • Effectively guide a sales team to optimize performance and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to craft and implement sales initiatives.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and competitor movements to uncover business prospects.
  • Oversee contract discussions to secure advantageous terms for all involved parties.
  • Evaluate sales performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
  • Represent Luminary Group at industry gatherings to broaden the professional network.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
  • Prior experience in marketing real-world evidence solutions is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Robust network of contacts within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Strategic mindset and proficient negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
