Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor and document patient condition, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • One year of experience in a NICU or critical care setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
