Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and document patient condition, identifying and responding to changes in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in a pediatric or neonatal setting
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, if applicable
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, if applicable
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-stress setting.
