Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support services to the Manager of the Mental Health Center and therapist staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating key office operations, maintaining departmental files, and providing support to the Registration Coordinator.

Salary: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for departmental meetings, including organizing, transcribing, and distribution of minutes.
  • Create and maintain various reports and Quality Improvement Surveys as requested by the Manager and Coordinator.
  • Maintain and organize departmental files and paperwork.
  • Provide support and coverage to the Registration Coordinator.
  • Coordinate translation services for client appointments.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Participate in certain agency committees as representative for the Mental Health Services Division.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in secretarial science, office management or related area with at least three years experience providing administrative support services.
  • Able to work independently and exercise discretion in confidential matters.
  • Accurate and efficient word processing skills.
