This encompasses effectively coordinating with service teams to articulate needs clearly, ensuring seamless operations and superior customer service delivery.
A Typical Day In Your Role:
- Manage the relationship and overall success of Wunderkind's Mid-Market clients, including strategy formulation, renewal processes, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with service team members to allocate tasks and achieve outstanding client results.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to gain a deep understanding of your client's business strategy and success metrics.
- Articulate and consistently emphasize how Wunderkind generates revenue, what sets us apart from competitors, and the value of our services through regular virtual interactions and occasional face-to-face meetings.
- Act as a customer advocate internally while effectively working with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, engineering, and design.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting roles.
- A proven history of working in a demanding, results-oriented position that has directly contributed to business growth.
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence; you thrive on building relationships, navigating challenges, and engaging in high-touch client interactions while managing client expectations appropriately.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and stay organized while handling multiple client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with partner teams on client requests and service initiatives on behalf of managed clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a healthy sense of humility.
- Proven success in fast-paced and challenging environments; you exhibit a strong inclination towards action and accountability.
- Experience in executing campaigns with one or more email service providers (ESP) or text message marketing.
