We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Grand Prix Subaru. As an essential member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in meeting and exceeding sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and leasing targets for new vehicles, meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot, addressing their transportation needs and providing expert guidance on selecting the right vehicle.
- Communicate product performance, applications, and benefits effectively, highlighting key features and accessories.
- Utilize the dealership's sales control and follow-up system, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, staying informed about new products, features, and their benefits.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales.
- Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership productivity standards and devise strategies to meet them.
- Attend product and sales training courses as directed by the sales manager, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses.
