About the Role
  • Achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles, meeting high standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address the transportation needs of potential buyers, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot, offering expert advice and guidance to help them find their perfect vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Leasing: Achieve minimum monthly targets for unit sales/leases, including timely delivery.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, understanding customer preferences and requirements, and communicating product performance effectively.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, and communicate their benefits to customers.
  4. Paperwork and Administration: Process paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer expectations are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and features.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset.
