Job Title: Payroll and HR Administrator

Rana Furniture is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, including computing and transmitting payroll in our designated payroll system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of payroll, including computing and transmitting payroll in a designated payroll system
  • Maintain all payroll files and ensure confidentiality
  • Organize recruitment and selection, including advertising and interviewing
  • Maintain continuing education on payroll system and payroll tax laws
  • Manage time clock system and maintain data integrity
  • Manage new hires and terminations in our HRIS system
  • Prepare reports to management and answer staff queries regarding payroll and human resources matters
  • Provide advice on employee and industrial relations issues
  • Create job descriptions as necessary
  • Maintain management guidelines by writing and updating HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Associate degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
