Job Summary

Rana Furniture is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of payroll, including computing and transmitting payroll in a designated payroll system
  • Maintain all payroll files and ensure confidentiality
  • Organize recruitment and selection processes, including advertising and interviewing
  • Maintain continuing education on payroll systems and tax laws
  • Manage time clock systems and ensure accurate attendance and hours worked
  • Prepare reports for management and provide payroll and HR-related advice to staff
  • Prepare employee contracts and letters of offer/rejection
  • Contribute to team efforts and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Associate degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
