About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team at CarMax. As a Business Office Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting all store departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through the vehicle sales process
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, including financial transactions and paperwork processing
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone system
  • Communicate effectively with customers and business partners
  • Learn and succeed as part of a team
Requirements
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
