Position Summary

We are currently seeking a part-time, in-office Customer Service Specialist. This role is essential for managing inbound calls and scheduling consultations for window and door replacements.

The Customer Service Specialist will handle both incoming and outgoing calls, set appointments for consultations, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.

Providing an exceptional experience for our clients is paramount, and the ideal candidate will be professional, efficient, and courteous in all interactions.



Position Type:
Part-time, non-benefited, non-exempt, at-will position.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $16 per hour, with the potential to earn between $17 and $24 per hour through a generous bonus structure.

Work Schedule:
This position requires 20-25 hours per week in the office, with shifts from 2 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, and two rotating Saturday shifts per month from 9 AM to 4 PM.

  • Confirm appointments to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces.
  • Achieve an average of 18 call attempts per hour.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for accurate data entry.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clear background check.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Working Environment:
