Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and results-oriented Strategic Growth Manager to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of driving business expansion, a robust network within the sector, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and output.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Expansion:
    • Discover and develop new business prospects through proactive outreach and networking.
    • Design and implement strategic development initiatives to meet lead generation targets and revenue objectives.
    • Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and areas for growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong connections with a pipeline of prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
    • Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback during the nurturing phase.
    • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Forge and cultivate strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders.
    • Work with other organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships and joint ventures.
    • Utilize existing networks to facilitate potential partnerships.
  4. Sales and Negotiation:
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients and partners.
    • In collaboration with the media specialist team, develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
    • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the digital marketing sector.
  • A proven record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • A strong network within the digital marketing or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with a proactive and results-focused mindset.
