Strategic Growth Manager

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and results-oriented Strategic Growth Manager to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of driving business expansion, a robust network within the sector, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Expansion:
- Discover and develop new business prospects through proactive outreach and networking.
- Design and implement strategic development initiatives to meet lead generation targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and areas for growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong connections with a pipeline of prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback during the nurturing phase.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Partnership Development:
- Forge and cultivate strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders.
- Work with other organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships and joint ventures.
- Utilize existing networks to facilitate potential partnerships.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients and partners.
- In collaboration with the media specialist team, develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the digital marketing sector.
- A proven record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- A strong network within the digital marketing or related industries.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive and results-focused mindset.
