Job Summary

An IT Project Intake Analyst is sought after by one of our top utility clients in the Nation to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts, policy work, and capital accounting for programs and projects in IT Application Delivery.

As a member of the Finance & Project Intake Leads team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a robust training program to understand the environment of this organization's pre-project reviewal work.

You will develop and understand the information regarding their projects and build out business cases to clearly define the asset and whether it can be capitalizable according to company policy.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide follow-up and support to the IT Delivery Leaders.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, take ownership of projects, and be a team player who is collaborative and strives for growth.

This role requires onsite work 3 times a week or more as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
-2-3+ years of enterprise environment experiencewithin a Business Analyst or Project Coordination role

  • Ability to analyze deliverables and ensure they are in alignment with company policy
  • Exposure to Software or IT environments; or any highly regulated project environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Jira software
  • Communicating policy, process, and concepts with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player that is collaborative, eager to keep learning and striving for growth
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Any experience providing any of the following: business case buildouts/review, Statement of work reviewal, project contract reviewal, document controls, or analyzing vendor quotes for projects

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
