Key Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the Beverage Management Department in alignment with established protocols. The primary focus is on maximizing customer satisfaction while meeting financial objectives.

Core Duties Include:

  • Engaging with management and support teams to address daily operational needs and expectations.
  • Assisting in the scheduling, planning, and oversight of restaurant operations, including coordinating dining functions and managing costs.
  • Maintaining accurate records, preparing evaluations, and analyzing performance reports.
  • Addressing guest concerns and fostering positive relationships with both guests and staff.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Associate/Bachelor's degree with two to four years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to all policies and procedures of the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
  • Effective communication skills in English, particularly in relation to job responsibilities.
  • Capability to complete standard forms and reports.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with management to enhance guest service experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.
  • Competence in analyzing Food and Beverage data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.

Work Environment:

  • Responsibilities are typically carried out on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to the general public and elevated noise levels.
  • While performing job duties, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, and use their hands for various tasks. The role may involve lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision capabilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Native American Preference Policy:

The Tribal Council prioritizes Native Americans in all employment practices. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet job qualifications, followed by members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes.

Employment Process:

All candidates must successfully complete a background check to obtain gaming licensure before beginning employment. This process may include a credit check, criminal background check, and drug screening.
