Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the Beverage Management Department, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Strive to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while meeting financial objectives.
- Collaborate with management and support staff to communicate daily operational needs and expectations.
- Support scheduling, planning, and supervision of restaurant operations, including dining room functions and cost monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare evaluations, and analyze operational reports.
- Address guest concerns promptly and promote positive relations with both guests and employees.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within your area of responsibility.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Associate/Bachelor's degree with two to four years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Effective communication skills in English, particularly related to job responsibilities.
- Capable of completing standard forms and reports accurately.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management to enhance guest service experiences.
- Strong analytical skills related to Food and Beverage data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- Team-oriented with a passion for assisting others.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Punctual and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Work Environment:
- This role is typically performed in a fast-paced casino environment, which may include exposure to smoke and noise.
- Frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds are required.
- Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.
