Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage pairings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to remain composed and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to cash register systems used in the establishment.

Education and Experience:

  • Completion of relevant training in mixology or bartending is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods while preparing beverages.
  • Capability to fulfill orders quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
  • Must meet the legal drinking age requirements.
