About the Role

The Beverage Supervisor is a key member of the Legends team, responsible for overseeing the entire process of handling and fulfilling all beverages in Suites event/game days. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure suites, pantry coolers, and dry storage areas are stocked for each event/game day, while maintaining and adjusting pars as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee the staff and operation of assigned location/pantry.
  • Alcohol Service: Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State, and Local laws and in compliance with company standards.
  • Event Preparation: Prior to the start of the events, ensure locations are clean and conduct beginning and ending inventories of assigned area/pantry.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor the inventory levels prior to and throughout the event and make sure the bar does not run out of product.
  • Product Management: Provide product from game day orders as received via ticketed system.
  • Log Maintenance: Accurately maintain a transfer log to outline product that is moved to and from your location, as well as a waste log to record product waste.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Must be able to obtain food safety certification and TEAM certification (technics of effective alcohol management).
  • Availability: Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games and all stadium-wide ticketed events.
  • Physical Demands: Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, and standing.
  • Physical Abilities: Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs, as well as stand or walk for long periods of time.
