Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service and financial acumen. As a Beverage Management Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the Beverage Department, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Assist in achieving financial goals, including managing costs and monitoring revenue.
  • Department Management: Assist in scheduling, planning, and supervision of details for the Beverage Department.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, prepare reviews, and analyze reports.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest issues and promote positive public/employee relations.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, with two to four years of restaurant supervisory experience required.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other management staff to deliver a positive guest service experience.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change, with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and have specific vision abilities required by this job.

Native American Preference Policy

Employment Process

Seminole Gaming's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to, credit checks, criminal background checks, and drug screens.
