NewtekOne is in search of a Sales Account Manager.
In this capacity, the Sales Account Manager will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients and will play a crucial role in positively influencing our customer interactions. The responsibilities include making a substantial volume of outbound calls to promote the advantages and features of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls from generated leads.
- Engaging with potential clients regarding the complete range of Newtek's products and services.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensuring a positive and informative interaction with customers.
- Utilizing internal tools to document all customer interactions and communications.
- Building rapport with clients effectively.
- Contributing to the achievement of team objectives and outcomes.
- Participating in regular training and development sessions as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in Telephone Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.
- Technologically adept.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Possessing a positive, proactive attitude.
- Exhibiting a sense of urgency and ownership in client interactions.
- Ability to make over 150 calls daily.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Exhibiting excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to overcome objections effectively.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Proficient in Windows-based applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and internal systems such as NewTracker, Teams, etc.
Compensation: Salary range is $45,000 to $60,000 annually, plus performance-based quarterly bonuses.
