- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Assist in development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
