Regional Sales Manager

At Certus Pest, Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targeted new customers and existing customer new sales goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and drive revenue goals with field sales management and field sales professionals.
  • Assist in the training, development, mentoring, and management of field sales teammates and drive sales performance for the region.
  • Generate detailed sales plans, targets, and metrics for branches and individual sales professionals.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and results for the region.
  • On a day-to-day basis, coach, lead, mentor, and develop our team of Outside Sales Professionals and Branch Managers.
  • Manage sales funnel process (identify, contact, present, negotiate, close) and record activities, opportunities, contacts, etc. in the company CRM system.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to meet targets.
  • Work in close contact with other salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas, and brainstorm in a combined effort to set goals.
  • Share best practices and be willing to help others on the team win.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain customer relationships and demonstrate the concept of key account management.
  • Communicate market trends, industry news, product information, and ideas to marketing.
  • Attendance at key conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings when required.
  • Other tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leading sales teams and creating great customer experiences for customers and their teams.
  • 5+ years' relevant work experience.
  • An individual that believes in driving accountability and culture.
  • Effective communication skills, including written and phone skills.
  • Knowledge of and willingness to use CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and back-end computer systems.
  • Dedication to enhancing the customer experience and delivering stellar service to our customers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales areas and key accounts.
  • Proven planning and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
