Job Title: Event Operations Field Coordinator

Job Summary:

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Field Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Event Support team, you will be responsible for processing event requests, overseeing setup in the field, and ensuring that all event setups meet state and Brown fire-safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process event requests through the work order management system
  • Oversee and coordinate the preparation and implementation of operational support for university events
  • Ensure that all event requests from the Brown community are accurate and in accordance with customer requests and with University policy
  • Schedule deliveries/pickups to avoid conflicts with other events in the space
  • Generate work orders for FM trades as required
  • Input billing information into each project to streamline the billing process

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
