We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Agent to join our team at ValorVIP. As a Technical Support Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to effectively support customers
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
