Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts technical and administrative tasks for service operations and delivery.
  • Processes incoming orders, inquiries, and requests regarding products and services.
  • Manages order processing for assigned customers and maintains client information in the system.
  • Serves as a first point of contact for customer support and resolves issues efficiently.
  • Collaborates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and resolve issues.
  • Investigates and resolves commercial and technical problems.
  • Provides pre-and post-sales technical product advice for developing and implementing customer solutions.
Requirements:
  • Two years of vocational training plus up to one year of experience required.
  • Familiarity with principles, procedures, and work routines in the related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP is essential for working in warehouse settings.
Estimated Salary:

$44,800 per year based on a 40-hour workweek and $22.00/hour pay rate.
