Customer Care Agent for Telecommunications

About the Job:
MCI Military Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Agent for Telecommunications to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell and cross-sell MCI's products and services to existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed solutions to customers
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to pass background check and comply with MCI's security protocols
Salary and Benefits:
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
