We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team at The Wyant Group. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Salary: $62,500 - $92,500 (including commissions)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • Interest in marketing and sales with a focus on customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make presentations and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
