Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager Assistant I to join our team at H4 Enterprises. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the High Threat Programs Directorate, assisting in the delivery, analysis, and resolution of significant managerial and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the High Threat Programs Directorate, including maintenance of reports, review of daily correspondence, and collection of materials and reports prior to meetings and briefings.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings with senior Department of State officials, non-DOS parties, and Inter-Agency parties, ensuring location or telecommunication capability is available as necessary.
  • Database Management: Utilize database management, project management, and other management processes to track project activities, inquiries, and requests.
  • Reporting and Correspondence: Draft reports and official correspondence pertaining to administrative functions and services, and analyze policy information to develop program and/or administrative processes.
  • Special Projects: Assist in the coordination and management of special projects, and perform other duties and complete special projects as assigned and directed by the DS/HTP Resource Manager and/or DS/HTP senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of one to three (1-3) years administrative experience.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience and capabilities working with varying types of database software, and working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Qualifications: Reliability, flexibility, maturity, and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and departments within Department of State, attention to detail, strong follow-through skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Clearance Requirement
