Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and lead weekly group and personal fitness training sessions to promote physical fitness and overall well-being.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Provide feedback and guidance to personnel during training sessions to ensure they are meeting their fitness goals.
  • Injury Prevention and Recovery: Assist with injury prevention and recovery efforts to minimize downtime and promote a healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Background in nutrition, sports nutrition, kinesiology, physical therapy, exercise physiology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Experience in high-demand environments like U.S. Special Operations, Olympic/professional sports, or Division I athletics.
  • Skills: Strong coaching, injury prevention, and rehab skills.
  • Certification: Emergency medical response certification.
