Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Records and Correspondence Management Expert to assist the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED). This role is pivotal in advancing clean energy demonstration initiatives in collaboration with the private sector, aiming to enhance deployment, promote market acceptance, and facilitate a fair transition to a decarbonized energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute routine administrative tasks, manage records, gather data, and deliver information to clients.
  • Address inquiries from the public and clients.
  • Review organizational records and draft response letters for supervisory approval.
  • Collect and document data from clients, staff, and the public.
  • Provide answers to stakeholders and the public regarding products or services.
  • Organize and maintain both paper and electronic records.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a client-issued Public Trust.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the Clean Energy sector is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of essential business writing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
