Position Overview:

The Enterprise Capture Manager plays a pivotal role in securing viable business opportunities for Government clients by leveraging expertise throughout the business development lifecycle. This includes opportunity identification, strategic capture, and proposal formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the capture process for intricate and technical proposals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and purchasing behaviors.
  • Develop and present innovative technical solutions tailored to meet client needs, while assembling a high-performing team to enhance bid success.
  • Conduct market intelligence and assessments to inform strategic planning and expand the opportunity pipeline.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, keeping leadership informed and advancing strategic partnerships.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading large-scale captures and crafting complex technical solutions for Department of Defense and Civilian clients exceeding $250 million.
  • Proven track record in managing multifaceted capture efforts and solutions within the defense and government sectors.
  • Experience in executing all phases of extensive capture initiatives, including strategic planning, teaming, proposal development, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience briefing senior executives and government stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities throughout the capture process for both internal and external parties.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading and successfully winning complex Assisted Acquisition Services, such as FEDSIM or GSA Regional captures.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain effective business relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Expertise in the business development lifecycle and solution selling methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills to relay multi-step and interdependent activities to capture teams, ensuring seamless execution.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation:

Compensation is determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $110,100 to $250,000 annually.
