Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the identification and acquisition of executable business opportunities within the defense sector and government clientele.
  • Utilize extensive leadership experience and community connections to enhance capture efforts for complex bids.
  • Analyze client requirements and purchasing behaviors to develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Assemble and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering impactful solutions through successful bids.
  • Conduct market intelligence and strategic planning to expand client opportunity portfolios.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster strategic partnerships.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading large-scale captures and crafting intricate technical solutions for bids exceeding $250M.
  • Proven track record in managing complex solution development efforts for defense and government sectors.
  • Experience in executing all phases of extensive capture initiatives, including strategic planning and proposal development.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in briefing senior executives and government representatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities throughout the capture process.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading and winning complex Assisted Acquisition Services, such as FEDSIM or GSA Regional captures.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Expertise in the business development lifecycle and solution selling methodologies.
  • Effective communication of multi-step activities to capture teams to ensure smooth execution.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
