Position Overview:

The Enterprise Capture Manager plays a pivotal role in securing viable business opportunities for government clientele by leveraging expertise throughout the business development lifecycle. This includes everything from assessing opportunities to executing strategic capture and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex capture efforts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and procurement behaviors.
  • Develop innovative technical solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of government clients.
  • Assemble and guide a high-performing team dedicated to delivering impactful proposals.
  • Conduct market intelligence and client assessments to inform strategic planning and expand the opportunity pipeline.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and industry partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading large-scale captures and crafting intricate technical solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian contracts exceeding $250 million.
  • Proven track record in managing multifaceted capture initiatives within the defense and government sectors.
  • Experience navigating all phases of extensive capture processes, including strategic planning, teaming, proposal development, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in briefing senior executives and government representatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities throughout the capture lifecycle for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading and securing complex Assisted Acquisition Services, such as FEDSIM or GSA Regional captures.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain effective business relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Expertise in the business development lifecycle and solution selling methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex, interdependent activities to capture teams for streamlined execution.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
