Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will provide technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Fulfill general office duties, including typing, filing, and phone answering
  • Maintain property operations log, P.O. ledger, and balance ledger
  • Assist in maintaining inventories and ordering supplies
  • Maintain Engineering Repair & PM logs using Synergy computerized work order system
  • Coordinate activities of Engineering staff through work assignments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum six months administrative experience and/or customer services role with consistent guest interaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Able to deliver and communicate effectively to diverse crowds of associates
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on requests and needs in a fast-paced environment
