We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Fun Town RV.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrative Support Specialist, you will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of our organization. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Serving as a liaison between employees and human resources, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Overseeing and submitting all required documentation for new hires, including verifying employee information and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Printing timesheets, ensuring they have been signed and submitted in a timely manner.
- FOLLOWING ALL PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING INJURY REPORTS, DOCUMENTING AND SENDING REQUIRED INFORMATION TO INSURANCE.
- Performing all aspects of bookkeeping and updating the accounting system, including tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Handling cash handling responsibilities, including processing transactions, managing petty cash, and maintaining accurate records.
- Updating petty cash logs, account payables, and credit card spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handling payoff requests, scanning documents to designated personnel, and making changes as needed during the posting process.
- Coordinating external incentives (spiffs), including tracking and reporting on sales performance.
- Reviewing deals in systems, verifying and printing commission reports.
- Maintaining trade titles and logging new units, ensuring up-to-date records and accurate information.
- Overseeing the reception area, filling in or relieving receptionists as needed, and creating work schedules for receptionists.
- Ordering office supplies as necessary, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Collaborating with compliance auditors to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
