About the Role:
We are in search of a detail-oriented Consultant with a strong technical background, eager to harmonize sales, marketing, and customer success operations throughout the entire customer journey. This role is pivotal in driving growth through operational efficiency and ensuring accountability to revenue by emphasizing effective operations management, tools, and analytics.
This role will involve collaborating with other team members and managing various projects, focusing on strategic planning, technical solutions, and proactive problem resolution. Our Senior Consultants oversee client engagements that include custom implementations, integrations, development, and advisory services on the HubSpot platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance clients' HubSpot instances, particularly within Sales and Marketing Hubs.
- Facilitate alignment between Sales and Marketing through close collaboration with Revenue Operations and leadership teams.
- Assist clients in defining essential marketing metrics and managing the creation of visually appealing reports and dashboards to assess marketing performance and inform business decisions.
- Ensure data quality within HubSpot and between integrated systems, collaborating with clients to improve segmentation and targeting.
- Administer lead scoring and automation processes to optimize customer interactions and ensure effective use of marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Streamline processes to ensure clarity and adherence, minimizing data inaccuracies.
- Manage the marketing database, including lead routing, enrichment, quality, attribution, scoring, and reporting.
- Create forecasts and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to monitor business health and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with leaders in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, providing insights and foresight.
- Establish high standards of quality and consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with HubSpot, particularly in customized implementations and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, and business operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives that drive growth for SMBs and Enterprise-level organizations.
- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying complex technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of sales pipelines, processes, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Experience executing multi-channel strategies and familiarity with sales and marketing lifecycles.
- Ability to organize and manage lead processes between Marketing and Sales teams.
- Experience in architecting and managing revenue systems, including CRM and Marketing Automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Good understanding of B2B software sales cycles and customer journeys.
Additional Skills:
- Expertise in HubSpot Sales and Marketing Administration.
- Advanced knowledge of workflows and HubSpot/Salesforce integration.
- Experience with data modeling and custom object administration.
- Familiarity with HubSpot's API and data migration processes.
- HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Services Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 based on experience and skill set.
