You will also act as a data advocate, revealing insights and opportunities that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Your role will be to connect business, clinical, and scientific requirements with data-driven solutions, crafting effective strategies that maximize our clients' capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify Opportunities: Perform comprehensive analyses of client use cases, data, and workflows to pinpoint critical areas for enhancement through data-centric strategies and technology integration.
- Design Purposeful Solutions: Create high-level solutions that utilize data insights and relevant technologies to tackle specific challenges.
- Communicate Effectively: Convey complex data insights and technological concepts to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and support across all organizational levels.
- Collaborate for Optimal Outcomes: Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing support of customized solutions.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in industry technology, from data analytics tools to emerging AI applications, assessing their potential for client solutions.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with clients, positioning yourself as a dependable advisor and championing their data-driven transformation journey.
- Client Engagement: Regularly interact with clients, participating in key touchpoints throughout the project lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, project initiation, progress updates, and project closure.
- Training and Onboarding: Engage in a comprehensive onboarding process that includes learning materials, compliance training, and meetings with relevant personnel.
- Travel Requirements: Be prepared for occasional travel (up to 15%) to client sites, conferences, and related events.
Qualifications
Essential Credentials:
- 8+ years of experience in analyzing and delivering data-driven solutions within the healthcare and/or life sciences sectors.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., biomedical informatics, healthcare administration, business analytics, computer science).
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that provide significant value to the HCLS sector.
- Deep understanding of industry roles, terminology, workflows, and challenges.
- Solid grasp of how data engineering, machine learning, and AI can address industry-specific issues.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of adapting your message for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels, collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly its HCLS-specific offerings like Healthcare Data Engine and Healthcare API.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure, especially their HCLS-related products.
- Experience with common industry data sources and applications, such as EMRs and laboratory systems.
- Technical knowledge of prevalent industry data types, including HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ICD, UML, etc.
