Job Overview:

- Security of telecommunication systems

- Independent advisory services

Role Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be tasked with performing on-site evaluations and audits of physical, technical, and administrative controls to assess an organization's capability to maintain the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of its information assets.

This role requires the use of advanced security tools to collect data, analyze findings, and present them in comprehensive reports to clients.

Additionally, the individual will be responsible for delivering the full spectrum of Spohn security services.

As a Security Advisor, the candidate is expected to work autonomously at client sites and prepare deliverables with minimal oversight.


Key Duties:
- Conduct internal security audits and generate reports
- Perform vulnerability assessments and document findings
- Facilitate Risk assessments for clients and provide training on conducting risk assessments
- Maintain documentation, project tracking, and management reporting on billable activities
- Ensure project efficiency, completion, and quality
- Assist in creating client proposals, designing work specifications, pricing proposals, and drafting service descriptions
- Contribute to the development of Spohn security service offerings.
- Evaluate encryption technology applications
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability analysis of client environments
- Configure and install networking devices including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and IDS.
- Undertake additional duties as required by company operations.

Regular Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for delivering security services to external clients from the Spohn security portfolio. Engage with clients

- Support product development
- Assist in collateral development
- Support sales initiatives

Project Involvement:
- Occasionally undertake various projects such as: Statement of Work development
- Product innovation
- Process automation for security service delivery

Qualifications:
- Degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Certifications are a plus, but no specific certification is required.
- Ability to conceptualize, understand, and communicate abstract ideas.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and reporting.
- Knowledge of risk analysis processes.
- Understanding of ethical hacking and vulnerability exploitation.
- Proficiency in Information Security Products and Techniques (Intrusion Detection, Firewalls, encryption technologies, etc.).
- System administration skills for Linux, Unix, and MS Windows environments.
- Capability to develop processes for conducting and documenting assessments.
- Ability to define security service offerings for marketing materials.
- Willingness to travel as required.
