Retail Sales Lead Job Description

As a Retail Sales Lead at Kellanova, you will drive business growth by uncovering incremental selling opportunities in our Charlotte, North Carolina territory. You will collaborate with retail partners and our account teams to grow your territory by selling our iconic brands, including Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive results by achieving key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining a "perfect shelf" strategy.
  • Build relationships by implementing creative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks and selling within the grocery landscape.
  • Work in a warehouse delivery model, striving to become the partner of choice for our retail partners.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated self-reliance by successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving goals without constant supervision.
  • Ability to work an extended schedule, including some night, weekend, and early morning hours.
