Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Work closely with our CEO to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the Sales Team: Directly supervise and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve company sales quotas for equipment sales, working closely with our operations and engineering teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our sales pipeline, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our operations, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading a team, with a strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the food processing industry, with a deep understanding of the complex systems and equipment used in this sector.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, with a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary, with a range of $192,000 to $245,000, depending on experience.
